Vincent A. Tria, Jr.
Mr. Tria possesses more than 30 years of experience in industry and banking. He began his career with AT&T in New York, NY and subsequently spent more than 26 years with Bank of America, Merrill Lynch (BAML), and its predecessors in Charlotte and Miami.

Prior to retiring from BAML in 2012, Mr. Tria led the Bank’s real estate banking business on the east coast, holding responsibility for markets from Philadelphia to Miami. At BAML, Mr. Tria and his teams established lead relationships with the
most significant developers in the market and provided financial solutions across all property types in markets across the US. This background makes Mr. Tria uniquely qualified to serve the real estate investment and brokerage needs of his clients.

Active in the South Florida community, Mr. Tria has served on the Board of Trustees of Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden in Coral Gables since 2000. In 2008 and 2009 he led two highly successful United Way fundraising campaigns for Bank of Amercia. Mr. Tria has spoken on real estate in a variety of venues including at conferences for ICSC, NAIOP, Crittenden, ULI and CCIM.

In addition, he has been a guest lecturer for graduate real estate finance classes at the University of Miami and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School.

Mr. Tria earned a B.A. in Economics from Binghamton University and an M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School. He holds Series 7, 63, 79 and 24 NASD Securities Licenses, and a Florida Real Estate Salesperson’s license.

He is also the founding principal of Coral Pine Advisors, a firm which advises it clients on strategy, capital raising, and joint venture formation.
